Nicole T. White is the founder of The Empowered Lifestyle, a Christ-Centered coaching movement built on The Power of Pause — a starting point for women to slow down, reset, and realign with intention. Guided by the pillars of Faith, Focus, Flow, and Freedom, Nicole supports women in renewing their mindset, restoring balance, and living with purpose.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Nicole’s work is rooted not only in strategy, but in faith and lived experience. A devoted woman of prayer who lives by the principle of walking by faith, she believes every season and space is an assignment led by God. Raised by a praying mother and shaped through seasons of loss and healing, Nicole brings deep compassion to her work as a wife, mother of four, and heart attack survivor — supporting women who seek clarity, peace, and purpose.
